Class Booking Conditions

All class bookings are accepted in accordance with the following conditions.

 1. Once confirmed in writing, the following cancellation terms will apply

• More than 28 days prior to the start date - a 90% refund will be given

• 28-14 days - a 75% refund will be given

• 14 days - 72 hours - a 25% refund will be given

• Less than 72 hours - a 5% refund will be given.

All cancellations must be given in writing to [email protected]. 

 2. A booking may be transferred at any time to another person if done so in writing to [email protected]

 3. Regrettably we cannot transfer you over to another class at another time less than 28 days prior to the start date.

4. If we are unable to run a class, we will contact you to offer a full refund or a transfer to another class.

 Why do we work this way? I'm running a small business and offering courses in real life means I have to book the studio from Crafty Baba in advance. I also get charged for any payments I take  and of course I have to plan and take time out of my normal schedule to run the classes. Thank you for your understanding.
